Our Prevention Policy for COVID-19
As the situation with COVID-19 evolves daily, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our staff, customers and community.
At The Cookie Jar Spa & Boutique, taking care of both our community and employees. This is why we have taken preventative measures to ensure that all products are prepared with extreme caution and in an environment that is sanitized consistently. Our staff is required to use PPE when preparing products for shipment and is required to sanitize prep stations both before and after usage.
Should anyone feel under the weather, we require they do not return to work until they are certain that they are not contagious and have been properly tested for COVID-19. Only when they receive a negative test result is when they could return to their regular duties and responsibilities.
In order to ensure that our work environment remains safe and secure, we have taken measures to have reduced our in-person staff to work from home. This means that there may be some delay in processing and shipping time.
We also ask that our customers take extra measures to ensure that all sizes and colors are chosen accurately to prevent the need to exchange items. We want to ensure that the preventative measures taken are not compromised with additional handling.
We continue to work diligently prevent the spread of COVID-19 in hopes that the measures we are taking will help the greater cause of eliminating this virus and getting us through this global pandemic.
