Knowing which size garment to order is just as important as the garment itself. If you are purchasing for post-surgical use, you may have high-medium inflammation; which is between days 1-30. Usually 30 or more days after a procedure, inflammation is generally low.

If you're purchasing for every day usage or a special occasion, you may have little to no inflammation, in which case, you would have a low inflammation level.

When choosing your size, make sure you aware of your inflammation level and be sure to take note of the accurate waist and hip measurements. (See image below)
